This Wednesday, thanks to my awesome history teacher, Mr. Kubit, me and other students who signed up are going to Chicago for a few days. This is going to be a great trip, however, because I am not going to be back until late Saturday, This weeks comic may be a little late. If it isn't finished by Sunday, you can expect it, at the latest, on Tuesday.
Now I need to take some time to explain the series I recently "finished." I do understand that it may be a little confusing, but I'm gonna walk you through it... so don't... don't worry. ssshhh...

Change: In this comic, Ethan, Rydora's cousin, is asked why he looks so different from the other characters. He then proceeds to show Donovan first hand by shooting him with the same gun that was used to change him. (There was never anything about this, but you can assume he was changed similar to the way Donovan was) Pretty simple so far. Head: Donovan comes into this comic still changed by the effects of the gun from the precious comics. He complains to Jimmy, who is unable to see him due to his large head. Donovan comes to terms with his new style now that he realizes he has better proportions. In an attempt to change Jimmy the same way, Donovan shoots Jimmy with a different setting by accident, changing him into an old style cartoon. Shoot: Not much to note here. Tristan, who is now a cop, overhears Donovan talking to Jimmy about shooting everyone (With the style changing gun). This comic is mostly just filler and comic relief, but it does suggest that Donovan has been going around and changing people's art styles. Oops: Starting with Eric drawn in Deaths likeness immediately tells you that something is wrong. Donovan has accidentally shot everyone with random settings, causing confusion. In a desperate attempt to fix his mistakes, Donovan switches the device to "All," Causing a large blast around his vicinity. Lost: Donovan wakes up in a strange dimension that is entirely bland and white. Looking out a window, he sees multiple different worlds all different styles, shapes and sizes (this includes: Planet Murica, Pangaea, A flat earth, A realistic earth, A poorly drawn earth, and more). Death is shown in the last panel. What?: Death pretends to not know what's happening, only to suddenly reveal that he actually does and then shows Donovan back home. This is where there may be confusion... This entire series was to kind of vaguely introduce the idea of guest comics. It explains the different styles simply that there are other parallel worlds which have many differences. In the future, if I decide to switch styles again, or go back to the old one... This is my reasoning for it. You're welcome for this overview. |
Hope that cleared up any confusion if there was any to begin with... probably not.
